The model from Puckpuck is awesome but I needed a little more room to allow space for the little U-shaped jumper that connects the HDMI port from the touch screen to the Raspberry PI 4 I was using.
Because of the increased size of the screen and the repositioning of the PI the entire cover length was increased by 10mm. I ended up having to cut the model in half to be able to print on my Prusa MK3s. I made some 1.75mm holes where you glue together the two side to make lining up easier.
Parts list:
Screen - I had a hard time finding a HyperPixel so I opted for this cheaper version

PI 4 - Probably could get away with a PI 3 but I wanted to try out a 4 😃

Power adapter with switch - After a lot of searching for a nice 90-degree wire to connect with a buck converter, I opted for a switched wire. It is honestly really nice and pretty cleanly hidden.
