This is another tool to help you opening doors (and drawers etc.) to avoid to come into contact with a virus. (i.e. SARS-CoV-2)
There are already many designs in the internet, but most are simple hooks, that glide off a (European) door handle.
My design basically goes "over" the handle, as if you would grab it yourself. The "hook" part prevents it from sliding off. Of course you can use the "hook" part as a regular hook too.
The advantage of this design is:
-- Natural usage
-- Protection (encloses the handle)
-- Can be used in several ways
The disadvantage of these design is:
-- bulky
-- The surface coming into contact with a possible virus is big and must be disinfected regularly.
Maybe a Kleenex is easier to use.....
