BLtouch mount Prusa i3 MK3S+ extruder R6 Remix

Vatuhiva has modelled an extruder body where a BL-touch can be mounted to the R4 extruder, but i happend to print the R6 version. So i chopped of the original sensor mount and added a snippet of his design so it would fit for sure with the rest of my parts.

Offsets: 26mm to the side; 4mm to the back
