I merged the "flap" and "lock bar" parts of the Lockable Sorter Box and added a pin/hinge. It works as a straight across substitution for the original two parts, and provided your printer is good at bridges the hinge will move freely with only the tiniest bit of resistance the first time. Make sure you use an adequate Z-layer height, I optimized it for .100mm and the hinge will probably not be free with thicker layers.
You also need the parts from the original Thing, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:466723 -- one box, one lid, and one handle.
Notes:
Print two back to back, you'll need both and it gives a little more time for layers to cool. In fact, print extras, as they break every few months depending on how frequently you open and close the box.
